The packs are measured in minutes (for example, Pack60 corresponds to 60 minutes). They are used in 10-minute increments depending on the duration of the support session.
To ensure you receive continuous support, your packs are automatically renewed as soon as your remaining minutes reach 0. You can disable the automatic renewal of your packs at any time, simply by requesting it.
