Your Challenge

You will develop TASE’s business in Flanders by building trusted relationships with construction stakeholders and guiding them towards BIM solutions, services, training, support and licences that create measurable value.

You will be TASE’s commercial face in the Flemish market: a hunter when new opportunities need to be opened, a trusted advisor when client needs must be clarified, and a long-term partner when accounts need to grow.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a senior B2B sales professional who can open doors, build trust and sell value in a market where technical credibility matters.

What you will do

  • Develop and own your territory across Flanders.
  • Identify, qualify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and project stakeholders.
  • Assess client maturity, challenges and ambitions.
  • Position BIM, Autodesk and service-based solutions around measurable business value.
  • Grow existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell and recurring service opportunities.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and CRM process.
  • Share market intelligence and client insights with the wider TASE team.

Strong assets

  • Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, technical software or services for building professionals.
  • Understanding of BIM and how it improves coordination, productivity and project delivery.
  • Familiarity with the Autodesk ecosystem, including Revit, Forma, Civil 3D, licences, subscriptions or related services.
  • Ability to speak with both business and technical stakeholders and make complex topics clear.

Must-have

  • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience, with proven ability to prospect, close deals and grow long-term accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the Flemish market and ability to build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Dutch native, French fluent, English pro.
  • Comfort selling solutions, services or expertise based on value, ROI and client impact.
  • Autonomy, ownership, resilience and rigorous commercial discipline.
